Great job TH... Did you keep the pails separate and use the bucket handles or run a pipe between them to use?

I poured quickrete, let them set and placed handles on the top and they dried solid. took all of 5 mins to make.

If you "just want to do it for cardio"
Light DB's will work. You would be surprised how heavy 20lb DBs get after about 1/2 mile Use them like 'heavy hands' A farmers walk is not a cardio exercise, it is a pure strength exrcise and if you go heavy, it will crush your traps like you wouldn't believe Cardio = Light DB's and long distances Strength = heavy DB's and short distances
