How is the gemma?
I am asking this because the "NEW" has seem to have worn off. What is the consensus now on it? I am fixing to order, so I wil more than likely try it out anyways, unless the outcome is not what everyone was expecting.
Unless there are some hidden threads on it, what I have read so far is trial and error. Any other proteins in the works? JJ |

Head over to the True Protein forum if you wanna read more folks' opinions on Gemma: http://forums.trueprotein.com/index.php
I've never read a 100 percent positive review of it, but that doesn't mean it's bad. You could always order a pound of it or something and see if you like it, that way if it's too bad for you to take, you only have a pound of it to suffer through. |

I tried it, didn't like it.
Massive gas, and the stuff seemed to flow through me like an express train. It was driving me and my wife insane. I switched to a different mix and all is well. |

I second this advice, make a regular order of whatever protein you want and get a lb or two of gemma with a premium chocolate flavor. I use it and like it, others hate it. You don't want to drop 100 bucks on a protein if you gag on it and there's no sense never trying it if you want an inexpensive alternative.

Gemma is not that bad if you are adding it to whey in about quarter amount. Deffinatley not to use alone, but a deent add into whey to bring he price down.

i agree. i actually thought the premium chocolate didn't do too good of a job masking the taste or anything like that. you might wanna consider adding double flavoring if anything.
