Tajine recipe
This is a BB fiendly version of a typical maghribian dish. Itīs usually done in a special pot formed of a heavy clay (the tajine), but we can do it using a normal pot.
Itīs an easy recipe, but it takes a while to make it, as tajine dishes are slow-cooked at low temperatures (1ī5-2 hours for beef, which is what Iīm going to use). You can also use chicken or, even better, lamb. Buy ultra lean beef meat, we donīt want too much fat here. I buy a kilo for this recipe, so I have about three meals.
