Exclamation LouTennant's Weight Loss!

Hey guys,
I am dieting down to try to do a competition. I have a long way to go. I started at 282 and I was 265 this morning. Im guessing ill have to be down to at least 210 or 200 to do the show.... This will be my first show and I am really looking forward to it. I am kinda chubby but like its coming off. I know its gonna be hard but I think I can do it.

Anyways, theres a quick background.

I recently cut down from 2% to skim milk. I love milk and I think its going to be hard to stop having it. I have talked to a few people who say milk is bad when youre trying to lose weight and others say its good if its skim. What do you guys think? Like I said Im kinda a noob... so please forgive me if you think this is obvious. Also, any other advice to help me lose my gut and get show ready would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

for the average person trying to lose weight, milk in moderation is fine.

for a guy/gal looking to get into contest shape, no way no how no dairy.

Be Cool. Stay in School. And use the code JCK333 at your trueprotein checkout to save 5% on your entire order.

Ok so forgive me for asking... What is wrong with skim milk? Theres no fat and not very many carbs... Like I said Im new at this and I would like to understand why I shouldn't use dairy. If anyone can explain why skim milk is bad, please do! I would really appreciate it. Cuz I have no idea why.

you're looking at 12g of sugar per 1 cup...much of it lactose.
