2. Axle OH Press 135x8/155x8/165x8/185x6
3. 1 Arm Db Rows 40 reps of 115lbs
4. Incline single arm kettlebell extensions 3x8 20kg kettlebell
5. Abs - cable crunches 3x12 100lbs
side bends 3x4 105lbs

Nice benching man! Couple questions:

How much weight do the chains add?
What are axle overhead press?
How many sets of db rows did it take you to get to 40 reps. That is some nice weight on those man.

Also, in my jounral I was asking some questions about box squats but I didn't get any repsonse yet. When you say low box squats, how low is the box? Are you way below parrelel when you do them? Also, does the technique change at all for box squats compared to regular squats, and do you use basically the same weight? Sorry for all the questions, lol. Keep up the good work.

Bruno, I always thought low box squats were a couple inches below parallel (maybe 2 or so). When you're squatting off of a box, you can't loosen up when you sit, otherwise you won't get off of the box.

Low box squats are between 12 to 14 inches for me. Doing box squats help reinforce technique. You use less weight doing box squats, and that weight difference varies between lifter. I honestly don't know where my Squat is right now since I'm not focusing on it right now.

I believe the chains added another 20-30lbs, I actually have a decent ROM because of my leverages.

I just keep going on DB rows, it would look like this.

115x12, x5, x3, x2, x2, x2, I was giving myself rest pauses, until I hit forty.

Alright so my latest victim well, I'll be in trouble if she didn't live in NH. We'll call her cum sponge. I met this one through my ex girlfriend. They live 40 min away from my ass. I drove up with my drummer and another friend.

Apparently when you go past a certain exit, all of NH just becomes a place of woods and hicks. God damn. We meet up with people my ex hung out with at some shady apartment complex. We go in bearing gifts, and meet some of the shadiest people I've met in a while. Turns out we were going to chill with some tattoo artist and his comrades. That's cool and all, until this guy opened his mouth. He started talking about how amazing of an artist he is and shows us examples and pictures of job done, and apparently does some work on himself. Terrible jobs. According to him, we had to give him offerings in order for us to chill at his place, so my friends gave him some weed, and a few of the cans we had. I think he finished all it within 2 min, and asked for more. I decided to stop drinking for the night since I had a feeling this might not turn out so well later.

So being the horny guys that we are, we asked my ex if she knew any whores, and she instantly started making phones calls. I was a happy camper. She said she has a few girls coming by, and one of them was in the mood to fuck. Of course I get first dibs, since I made a response that wasn’t "ughhhh, so shitface, yo! I want that bitch!" So we continue to talk to this guy and his buddies. Apparently the tat artist is an ex-convict, and is in his mid 30's hanging with people from age 16-20. Great. I was praying I wasn't going to get raped. Doorbell rings and viola! Here are 3 sluts for us. My buddies were too drunk to function, and fell when they got out of their chairs to say hey. The girls began drinking, and introduced themselves. The mood began to lighten, and I was hopeful that nothing crazy will happen, and that'll I'll get laid. Wrong.

The girl that was supposed to be with me for the night has an ex. Turns out he was one of the guys we were hanging out with earlier. Awkward. Well it got more awkward since one of my friends was drunk, and grab that girl and just started making out with her on the couch.....while the ex was sitting right next to my friend. The ex-boyfriend storms out of the room, and we started to hear fists hitting the wall of the next room over. Tattoo artist goes after him and tries to restrain him. All the while, they kept making out and everyone is drinking, and I'm just watching the juxtaposition of all this. Then I hear yells and the punching has gone to floor. I grab the girl from the couch, and take her to the hallway, and asked "What the fuck is going on?" She told me that they just broke up earlier today. That made my day. She continues "He's a creep and wanted to know where I was at all times." Even better. She I asked her what's up, and if she was down to leave, and go to my area, since this was getting out of hand. She agreed, and said she was looking forward to fuck me. She didn't like making out of my friend because he was too beer belly fat, and never fucked a Spanish kid before. Score! We devised a plan on leaving since; we wanted to take our stuff alongside with our friends, while having ex-guy not following us.

We go back into the apartment. She started collecting all our drinks that were still unopened, and I began to rile up my buddies, telling them that we needed to peace it. I explain the situation to them, and said they'll only go home if the other whores tagged along. To my dismay, they didn't want to come down since they all had a curfew of 12. Greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat. Well my buddies decided to leave anyway since it was getting too weird. At least the punching stopped. I talked to tattoo artist guy that we were leaving because of the ex-boyfriend and he agreed it was the best thing to do. He goes on telling that this guy has been leaving at his apartment for the past two weeks fiending off food, drugs, and drinks, and is a disturb mind. Gee, and this is coming from an ex-con.

We started to go to my car, and it was pouring out. The girl/victim first, since the guy didn't know which car was mine. And she ran to the passenger seat. After everyone got in, I see crazy ex-boyfriend just standing in the rain, staring at me, and then at my car. He runs. He started screaming at the girl, yelling out, “Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!? Why are you leaving me!?” She quietly replies, “Because you’re fucking crazy!” I get the car, turn on the ignition, and booked it out of there.

Nice job with the last two workouts man. Those close-grips are huge. I doubt I could even unrack that much weight.
