1. Narrow Stance GM's

315x5
325x2 (I started to Squat the weight than GMing it)

2. Bulgarian split squat 4x10@40lbs 90s-2 min rest
3. Back Extensions 4x10 80lbs 90s rest
4. One Arm Shrugs 105lb@10reps
Wrist Roller 20lbs
(Done Thrice)

1: Dips: 26/18/13 60s
2. Flat Skulls: 4x10 ez bar +27.5lbs each side
3. Rack Pull Ups 4x10 ez bar+10lbs each side
4. Seated DB Shoulder PRess 3x8 55lbs
5. CS BB Curls: 3x8 straight bar +30lbs each side
6. Hanging Pikes 4x8
7. Standing Calf Raise 2x10 135lbs

The outer head of my left tricep feels funny; it hurts a little bit, but it's not a HOLY CRAP IT HURTS feeling.

I got some true bloat, cookies and cream flavored, it's ok nothing special. I've been liking the BCAA powder I've been using. I've got new stretch marks on my traps.

I didn't do cardio again...but my band finished the recording of our ep. I did have some subway for my 4th meal, chicken parm on italian and herbs with provolone (sp). Good times.

For the lady chick person, either manhunt with her friends, or watch the office....decisions decisions...

I chose the I stayed in and slept early option. Too damn tired from recording. 7 hours in one room. Funny thing about NH, all white people, but this was the first time I felt awkward...probably because the studio was on a street called Lynchville Street....

1. Bench Press

3. CS Rows 4x10 85lbs
4. Standing Cable Rear Delt Fly 3x15 40lbs *mind-muscle on the rear delts*
5. Low Pulley Swiss Ball Crunches 4x15 120lbs
6. Leg Press Calf Raise (DC Style) 1x12 220lbs

Since my left tricep is still screwy, I took it easy on benching and on the DB press. I focus on the min muscle connection on the rear delts since last week, I felt that my triceps we're doing some of the work.

My parents shouldn't have left the house to me for a week...
So since monday, it has been a total holocaust of booze and bitches. I had a party Monday Night, I got 3 handles of the shittest vodka known to man, Barton's, god damn that taste like nailpolish. I had 3 hoes that I was going after, 2 of them were from out of town, and boy did they drink. I don't think they had any idea the shit factor of the mixed drinks they were having. The party began at 7 and by 10 there was vomit stations laid out all over my bathrooms. My drummer basically passed out on my brother's bed, and one of our friends, Sean basically poured corn flour all over him. I had 5 other kids sleep over, 3 were hoes and boy was the one that I was with was fun. Prior to all of this, I got drunk off 8-10 of the shit vodka. I took this chick, who I'll call "I'm Catholic with morals, but I'll give you ass anyway." She by far was the best I've had. The best part though was when I was about to load off. She pulled her head back to adjust her head position to receive and swallow; sadly for her it was bad timing. I unloaded, and all of it went into her left eye. I only realized the folly when I head her screaming "YOU HIT ME IN THE EYE!!!!!" 2 seconds later, she licked it off her face and off my dick.


It was a good past couple of nights. Now off to do some ME Lower work.
