Can anyone critique my diet
Hello to everyone ,hey guys rather new here hope any of you can critique my diet. As from tomorrow i am starting DC Training so hope to get as more carbs and protein in as possible. Currently Bulking
08:30 1/2cup oats with milk ,and protein shake( truemass-BSN) 10:00 100g chicken or tuna with 2 slices of white bread (could have oats again)shall I?plus flaxseed oils and multi vit 13:00 full big plate of spagetti with 100g of chicken or meat plus banana or apple , grapes 15:30 1/2 cup oats and 80g tuna with salad ,plus big hand full of roasted nut 16:30 5g BCCAs 17:00 workout 18:00-18:30 4g creatine CEE with 1 serving of vitargo b4 i leave the gym 20 min later whey protein shake with 4g BCCAs 19:30-20:00 100G chicken,meat or fish with oven patatoes or 2 patatoe waffles, fruit yogurt 22:00 1 cup oats ,also may have 80g tuna with salad or whey protein shake and tablespoon of olive oil 24:00 sleep What do you think guys i know i need more veg but i hate veg the only veg are eat are onions lettuce sweet corn carrots green peppers , those veg i have with my meal or salads Jason Last edited by Jazon78 : 01-06-2008 at 05:08 PM. |

diet doesn't look to bad. remember to adjust it, too, according to your progress .
why 1 cup of oats in your last meal and half for breakfast ? you might want 1 cup for breakfast and half a cup for your last meal . i also would ditch the olive oil in your last meal . this is just guessing it out of the blue though and has to be taken with grain of salt . post more info / stats and it will be easier to help you . wake

Sorry i took long to give my stats but ive been reading up on loads od post in DCing that i forgot i postd this one.
My stats : 29years old , 30 on march ![]() i weigh 80 kg on empty in the morning bf 15%@ the moment height 5ft7 Sorry for taking so long Thanx |

I dont think your diet looks too bad. MORE VEGGIES lol I know you hate them, and frankly so do I. Remember corn is a starchy vegetable so you could even use it as a carb if you cant add it to your diet, replace something else. Also try some salads. Dressing is ok in my opinion as long as you dont go crazy with it.
What exactly are you looking to get out of this diet? Lose fat, gain muscle?
