EastBeast is on a distinguished road
Nutritiondata.com

I've been using this site for several years and found it to be very helpful. Two things I like about it the most (besides being free) are 1) you can keep your own "pantry" of foods that you like/eat (so you don't have to look them up each time); and 2) if there is something, like a protein drink that is not in their database, you can add to your pantry by just entering the data from the nutrition label on your product. Once you've filled your pantry with all your goodies, you can combine foods to make meals, and it will do the analysis for the entire meal, including aminos, glycemic index, etc. You can even print your own food label.

Hopefully this will help someone as much as it's helped me. Besides, I just like messing around with this kind of stuff. I'm a guy, I like "gadgets"

By the way, this is not spam, and I don't represent anyone there, it's just a site I found to be cool and helpful...like this one.

Enjoy
