You should try to eat six times every day.
Eat about half a pound of meat every time that you eat.
Then eat carbs until you are stuffed.

You have the kind of metabolism where it is going to be hard for you to overconsume calorically. This means that you almost need to graze all day long. I would just try to get in as much good food every day as possible.

i eat deer meat and duck meat like a mad man... i dont buy that much beef in fact.....

good luck..

use lots of Olive Oil or some MCT oil. it will help get some good fats in... watch it though. or the toilet will be your best buddy. mix em in your shakes....
