Help 8 Year Rookie with Diet

I have spent a lot of time on the sticky’s and read a lot of posts in the last 3 weeks about 75 hours. Other that a few guide lines I do not see what most DC bb are doing for their diets. I am not expecting to get a detailed analyst here, all I am looking for is the diet most of the serious bb use. If I can bye the diet in PDF form or do I have to go threw Skip for my info?

My goal is to put on more mass. I have added about 45lbs in 8 years and am now 210 @ 46yo and a height of 5-11.…..12% bf. I have done 3 cycles of M1T in the 8 years I have been lifting. Last cycle about 18 months ago.

Max lifts
SQ 405
Bench 322
DL 512
Seated MP 255x2

Respectfully requesting help getting BIG

Basic bb'ing diet:
high protein
moderate fats and carbs
Shoot for 1.5-2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight.
drink a lot of water- 1-2 gallons a day
green tea
green veggies
clean carbs (rice, oats, yams, potatoes
