Unilateral bent over row (was tired by the time I got to these and had to go lighter than normal)

Narrow grip BB curl

30# x 8...feeling weaker here, maybe I haven't been hitting delts as hard these days, time to step it up again

Prone ham curl

Lateral raise cybex
55# x 8 x 2 sets (super slow negative on the final reps

Standing calf
135# x 12
150# x 10 x 3 sets

Stepmaster 8 minutes until step mill free, then step mill for 34 min, no bursts.

Feel good
Water going down, food going in as I type, so far so good.

I don't usually wish away time but I'll be happy when it's the end of day tomorrow and all is done and he is fine.

Diet - great until night time...the day just threw me today
Water - short (I couldn't drink in front of my poor son who hadn't had a drop of liquid for hours)

Thank goodness today is done, whew. Everything went well with the surgery other than that it was 2 hours delayed. My poor son had a hard time with his stomach after coming out of the anesthesia and had a numbed pelvic area so he was unable to sit well or walk after the surgery...poor little guy. I hope he feels better tomorrow. I guess tonight was my cheat night even though it was a lift day. Back at it tomorrow

Congratulations girlie on your dips is this a 'push' plan or did you scrap that idea? I really want to do that but there are a few I plan on implementing that combine both, I may have 1 day of combo moves; my training for the next 6 weeks is going to be totally different, more sports/athletic type training ~ oh yeah and the running
