Delts/calves/hams...weird split Overhead press DB 35# x 6 x 2 sets 35# x 5 30# x 8...feeling weaker here, maybe I haven't been hitting delts as hard these days, time to step it up again ![]() Prone ham curl 70# x 11 70# x 9 x 2 sets 70# x 7 Lateral raise cybex 55# x 8 x 2 sets (super slow negative on the final reps 55# x 6 60# x 4 Standing calf 135# x 12 150# x 10 x 3 sets Stepmaster 8 minutes until step mill free, then step mill for 34 min, no bursts. Feel good Water going down, food going in as I type, so far so good.

Back/bis Narrow grip pull downs 101# x 8 108# x 6 113# x 4 x 2 sets T-bar row 85# (counting 45# olympic bar as 35#) x 8 90# x 6 95# x 6 x 2 sets Pull ups (back fried, these were NOT happening tonight...but I had nice ROM )4/3/3/3...yeeeouch... alt DB curls 25# x 4 x 4 sets Narrow grip BB curls 45# X 6 X 2 sets 45# x 5 45# x 4 Cardio - 5 min step mill 40 min arc traininer - 7 incline, 25 resistance...5 mins over but needed to be there for moral support for my pal FF Diet - 100% Water - 100% Mood - good Feeling a little aprehensive about a minor day surgery my 2 year old has to have tomorrow but I'm positive that it'll be fine...oh the joys of being a mom, I think it pains me more than it will be painful for him. I don't usually wish away time but I'll be happy when it's the end of day tomorrow and all is done and he is fine.

Everything went well with the surgery other than that it was 2 hours delayed. My poor son had a hard time with his stomach after coming out of the anesthesia and had a numbed pelvic area so he was unable to sit well or walk after the surgery...poor little guy. I hope he feels better tomorrow. I guess tonight was my cheat night even though it was a lift day. Back at it tomorrow ![]()

OK things are starting to get back to normal over here with the little guy and my schedule. Things are going well with Q, like nothing happened...so good to be young and heal so quickly
