Legs and back thickness would be what I would focus on if I were you. I know that back thickness is a bit difficult because of your previous back problems. Legs have a good sweep to the outside but medially they're a little shallow.

Sick conditioning man. Crazy ass peak in your bi's too.

IMO your calves look fine. Might need a tad more size on them but it's nothing huge. I'd add in some adductor work just to help thicken up your quads from the front. Your sweep to the outside is great but you need the thickness in the adductors to really set it off.

You have one hell of a physique and I'm guessing a damn strong work ethic to go with it. You'll be kicking ass on stage before you know it.

is it rude to ask which supplements someone takes?

I know this is awhile after you posted the ics but I just wanted to stop in and say that I think you did an awesome job getting ready for that shoot. Your condition is awesome. The detail in your back is insane and your quad sweep is sick too. I sent you a pm about making gains in spite of back issues, and these pics give me the hope that I can make good gains even with bad back issues if I bust my ass. You have done a great job. Congrats
