well, since some are outlining what they are doing, ill give a brief rundown.
too bad this is just starting now... im already down 40lbs..so the last 15 will be a bitch!! ill post a pic of my fat gut b4....yikes going to be following stuff i read from LAYNE NORTON my diet will be the same everyday, i just switched from having a free for all on the weekend to a high carb refeed on my leg days.. basically, protein 260g carbs 250g fat 50g total cals 2500 i MIGHT do cardio on weds. and saturday.... my preggar wife and i have went for 20mins walk the last few nites...not sure if that would count or if it will continue... im hoping i can limit cardio as i just wnet to 4x /wk working out, so i should be burning more cals..... AND I REALLY NEED TO HOLD ON TO ANY MUSCLE I HAVE!! monday-------LEGS Tues..--------SHOULDERS Thurs---------CHEST/TRIS Fri------------BACK/BIS PHATS |

Good luck with your goals. Looks like you have competed before so you probably know what you're doing. Cardio is okay to do.

i know im late, new camera so i took 2 mins and wanted to show what toblerone and dairy queen cake can do....LOL
from 215 to 224lb this AM, wanted to drop weight....oh well, i t began last week.. |
