5'11... 215lbs.. want to get a visible ab outline...

need to retain muscle, so cardio may not be happening...we'll see

pics coming...have to resize the basttards...takes time..stand by

well, since some are outlining what they are doing, ill give a brief rundown.

too bad this is just starting now... im already down 40lbs..so the last 15 will be a bitch!!

ill post a pic of my fat gut b4....yikes

going to be following stuff i read from LAYNE NORTON

my diet will be the same everyday, i just switched from having a free for all on the weekend to a high carb refeed on my leg days..

basically,
protein 260g
carbs 250g
fat 50g

total cals 2500

i MIGHT do cardio on weds. and saturday.... my preggar wife and i have went for 20mins walk the last few nites...not sure if that would count or if it will continue... im hoping i can limit cardio as i just wnet to 4x /wk working out, so i should be burning more cals.....

AND I REALLY NEED TO HOLD ON TO ANY MUSCLE I HAVE!!

monday-------LEGS

Tues..--------SHOULDERS

Thurs---------CHEST/TRIS

Fri------------BACK/BIS

i know im late, new camera so i took 2 mins and wanted to show what toblerone and dairy queen cake can do....LOL

from 215 to 224lb this AM, wanted to drop weight....oh well, i t began last week..
