^^ no problem . when i have the time , i will definitely put up more . the problem is , that most of theses documents,especially the pdf's are bigger than allowed . this forces me to resize them or split them in parts .

Yes thanks Wake, and if some of you find these books actually helped them, I think one good thing could be to donate some money to the authors.
Imagine for example, the time spent by Lyle Mc Donald to complete the Keto book...
As cool as Internet is to share files, one must IMO not forget to retribute someone when he's been useful to you.
It's maybe (well surely) a new way of seeing economics, but if everybody contributes even in small amounts (imagine just 1 or 2 $ per reader), it can become totally workable for the author.

Well, I guess that was my a little bit early new year's resolution.

i got a great book by Skip Lacour ( Bodybuilding Nutrition) but it is to big . it's 1.62 MB and only 1.43 MB are allowed to upload . i reduced the file size already ............
