OK then. If on a ketosis type diet what would PWO look like.. I get very HypoG after a really intense work out and currently I use 175g W/M with BCaa, Leucine and Creatrine with a PWO protien after about thirty minutes after the W/M. Now the 175 of Waxy would kill the low carb count on Ketosis....

when i was following the anabolic diet i had BCAAs during/after training also look into glutamine as a way to restore glycogen

hey Luke and Wake...what are your own personal opinions on Palumbo's mass diet???

i am of the opinion that there is a little too much Whey protein shakes throughout the day and could be more whole food meals...the carb cut offis good, .......thoughts?
