Your back and legs improved like crazy (your back looks like a photoshoped version of the one you had). Looking at your chest genetics i think you must be torturing it to make it improve, so what´s your aproach on that matter?

my back?

tbh nothing special. Lots of heavy deads and rack deads, chins and heavy pull downs (I tend to cheat a bit on pull downs with some body english)...just the usual stuff really.

thanks. i'll see if i can get some pics up here in the next week or so...I'm sitting around 205 these days...

my legs have grown even more now....they're almost 26" cold

ha no i think i just read it wrong...

my chest continues to frustrate me, as i'm sure it always will. Again nothing really fancy, sticking to heavy basics...i did do the pec deck push press for around 3 months in my prep...i do think the heavy extreme stretching has helped as well...but more than anything it's just getting the size on there over time.

boring i know haha but that's really all there is to it.

Your back width especially looks like it has made good improvement since your contest pictures.

Your training worked incredibly well in the rest of your body so that motherfucker will end up growing, be ready, you will add an x to your shirt size very soon

i did use it to make those gains, yes, but i am currently not using it because i have decided to compete in powerlifting
