man you made a ton of progress. congrats. this gives the hope that I can make some good gains too, as I am just a little heavier now than you were in your first pics (167) and I began at much less. Shows what hard work can do.... Good stuff

i'm within range right now to get into the 198s, so i'm planning on doing that. I'm usually 202-204 right now, which can easily be dropped...

I'm eating for more maintenance/recovery right now...

Today was actually the first time i ever saw those pics...i know your a 10000% ecto so nice work bro....i can feel your pain as my Dad was nicknamed "skinny bones" his entire childhood into his teenage years (u should see the pics, lol) and i rightfully took that throne upon myself as i was a twig...so i understand the work you've put through.

I'm also glad you posted in this thread cuz i was just about to type in your journal to tell you that i've been throwing together some of those shakes that you, Ben, and I were discussing a few weeks ago and they are helping greatly to help get my meals in and add size so thank you for that.
