Help for 1 week out
I am getting a friend ready for a show and the show is this coming weekend. Here is what I have him doing without getting into the food conversation until Fri -
Monday - 2 gallons of water, 1 aldactone every 12 hours all week 75g carbs from oatmeal Tuesday - 2 1/2 gallons of water, 1 aldactone same 50g carbs from oatmeal Wednesday - 3 gallons water, 1 aldactone same no carbs Thursday - 3 1/2 gallons water, 1 aldactone same no carbs Friday - 1/2 gallon water by noon (should I use distilled?), 1 aldactone same first carb meal pizza around 6pm. I had PLANNED on having him eat a steak with a yam/broccoli/butter/rice cakes with pbnj as I did my last show, but I want to try this approach. This is where I'm kinda thinking about changing some things so any input would help. How much shitfood on Friday night, and how much on sat before show? Does my water scheme look ok? I also didn't add I was planning on him taking a dyazide around 5am on sat morning. All help is appreciated, thanks! |

IMO , it is to hard to tell without seeing this guys condition and without knowing anything about his part . not knowing how he responds to sodium or the increased water is another issue . i highly recommend to PM Skip . if you get lucky , he might is able to tweak things but i hardly doubt that he wants to get involved . but i am not Skip and that is why i am staying out of it . all i can do is recommend it .
also , IMO , i can see a big mistake with the aldactone . what is the reason behind it . you are asking for trouble and probably ruining his physique . wake
