Potassium to sodium ratio

what potassium to sodium ratioes does everyone use leading up to the day of show and the show day? i heard 10:1 potassium to sodium is the way to go i was told and i also beleave thats what dan duchiane followed for optimum dryness. also does anyone take any other manirals while in final weeks of prep? if so why?

just make sure that you are lean . most think they are lean but they aren't . when you are lean enough until the last view days of the show , you just have to control your water . your Body will take care of the potassium to sodium ratio itself . nobody accept your own body can do this best . that is dangerous too . you don't want to fuck around with that .
