Regardless you decide to run a culker or butter, you should keep this in mind as your cruise and blast:

"The bulker should be a bulker and a cutter a cutter, but if you want to do a cutting bulker then blast the bulker and cruise the cutter, never cut the bulker with a cruise unless you're looking to bulk the cruiser, in which case a cut bulker will be your best bet for blasting."

Also:
"Clean bulkers are for cruisers who can also blast on their cutters but not cut on their bulkers (unless its a cruising bulker). Never ever try a dirty cruising bulker unless out of necessity or if you're someone who cruiser is to bulky to clean."

They are giving you a hard time because we aren't big fans of "bulks" or "cut" cycling. You want to grow and stay relatively lean so the words bulk and cut are used incorrectly and not understood by a lot of people. If you are asking others here whether you should focus on getting leaner you aren't going to get much support. This isn't a fitness model type of site. Check the name of the site and that will give you the answer you are looking for. Now, if you want to get leaner and that is your focus, that is your business but that isn't the answer you are going to get.

they are all fucking w/ you because bulker and cutter and all forms are a total joke. the concept of adding size/weight if a large percentage of it is bodyfat is ridiculous, especially when you do a "cut" and try to strip the fat off w/ a net muscle gain of 2 or 3 pounds.

instead, get your diet in check, do cardio, and do a recomp, where you are able to slowly add muscle while lowering fat slowly, or at the very least, not gaining more bodyfat. stop doing one or the other (ala bulker and cutter)

stickies hoss. take a week, print out the dc crib notes, read all the stickies and the first 2 or 3 pages in the dogg pound and puppy pound forum. Maybe thumb through a few journals (military muscle's is a good one), then start asking the questions.

p.s. if you are trying to gain muscle, and are eating like you're supposed to, doing cardio as needed, you shouldn't be gaining a noticeable amount of bodyfat. just my 2 cents, as i've gained 15lbs since since november and have lost bodyfat
