ok here goes
Im new on IM so be kind lol...
These are pics taken after chest workout today. 5'11" 264lbs training for 6 1/2 years (BB for 3) 2 shows my local golds and 07' NC jr State took 1st in HeavyWeights. @ 214lbs very flat and deplted. Im going to do the Quincy Roberts Elite CLassic November 3rd and was looking for any advise I figured Id start my diet on August 3rd that will give me 12 weeks of prep. Can I make it the jr state was june 23rd about 3 weeks ago and I rebounded very bad after the show Im holding lots of water right know and it sucks big time but its comeing off slowly but surely.
