Man you look AWSOME......for only weighing 23 pounds!! I assume you mean 230? Anyway you look pretty good but it will be hard to tell till you diet down a bit....just hard to see the structure with the offseason weight on. I am guessing you would be shooting for light heavyweight?

what's up brennan your outter sweep looks really good, your legs have improved a lot. it looks like you have the same problem that i do in the low lat region however it is difficult to tell because of the off season weight. are you going to the usa's heather and i will be there

thanks, i have been blasting away at the sticks (legs). i noticed the lower lat problem to when i took these pics. i think it's a top to bottom lat problem. yes i plan on going to the usa's. i also will be coming home next week, probaly the 24th of june. i'am flying home then driving out.back to vegas with another ahmedmobile. drew might be coming back with me. if you are interested in driving the trip from hell you're welcome to come.
check this website out. there is a lot of good training/nutritional info. this is the home of dc training. |

you look good and balanced bro. great work.
calves could be bigger but who's couldn't lol delts look huge, tough to tell how thick your back is due to being so white/offseason BF... lower lat tie-in is usually a genetic thing...but can be manipulated to an extent. I have the same problem.

look pretty good. I'd say cut down on the BF %.
Maybe get at those traps a little more? (I love traps, they make anyone look bigger than they are IMO). p.s. I need a tan also.. |

Brother truthfully first shave, tan and diet a little As far as your physique legs are decent , they will come with time. Just put some good time and heavy weight training into your torso. Remember this - it's a marathon, not a 100 meter sprint. Be patient and diligent, it will come

Brennan,
What do you need for what purpose?... Do you want to compete?... Full body shots will help tremendously. Also, dieting down to single digit BF% and you'll be able to see weaknesses and strengths more clearly. From those, I'd say more ham and calf mass. I can't really say too much more with much certainty, though. -S

Good deal, I don't have any useful information to contribute, I am about in the same boat as you (i got some recent pics on my journal) I think I am more leg dominant though... About 230ish pounds too. What % bf are you at atm? You going to start a journal? i'd love to see how you progress/what weights you use.

too many people too quick to say diet down. it's all about what his goal is...just because he's not lean enough to make a men's health cover doesn't mean anything. I'm guessing he's much like myself right now in that he's just trying to get bigger all over. If that's the case, the bf he's at right now might be comfortable enough to him to keep the joints lubricated and not ache him while lifting heavy weights.
to the TS, never saw any before pics but you are looking dense. keep up exactly what you're doing at 250 will be there before you know it.

I would assume his goal was physique competition since he posted some of the usual poses/mandatories. Last edited by Squatch : 09-10-2008 at 05:14 PM. |

personally, dieting down for me was a very VERY pivital experience for me. i thought i had more mass (muscle) than i thought, turns out i was very weak (this was a while ago) and i always thought i had big biceps... then i cut down and saw only tri... (sorry to hijack with my own exp) so I'm going to go with Scott on this one and say maybe diet down a little, to REALLY see where your sticky points are. then you can really guage progress. don't diet down fast mind you, just enough so that you have a better look at what exactly is muscle on your body. its a very humbling experience.
BUT ON A GOOD NOTE GOOD MASS BUDDY!!! traps will be killer when dieted down a TINY bit! |
