About the Bulking Lounge
Ah, there is nothing like offseason eating. Everyone is a bodybuilder come the offseason. Screw the dieting, to hell with the dry tasteless stuff eaten several times a day - ah now, offseason is heaven. Mounds of delicious, steaming plates, full or aromatic delights and dripping mouthwatering sauces, making the tastes buds explode into sensations of ecstasy. Now that is what I call eating.
This forum has been introduced so that the gastronomic pros in our midst can give free reign to their culinary imaginations, and present us with some of their ideas about how to best prepare those delicious dishes that are brimming with protein, easy on the fat and sensible on the carbs. Even in the offseason, there are still two ways to eat after all: one is the smart yet still plentiful way, the other way will just give you a pretty hard time come contest time, as you go through sheer hell to get from Butterball to Striation Artwork.
