Understand needing everything except the deoderant and the soap...what would you need those for...just so you don't smell like ass?

I think elitefts.com has some, not sure about the price though.

I just get my amonia caps at the k-mart pharmacy. I think you have to order them but they are really cheap and i assume they would be just as good as the ones on Elite fitness.
