carb loading question

hello im going for my first com soon and i have a question, hope that the seasoned vetrens can teach me a thing or 2!

i have read thorugh the roundtable on precontest thorougly and soaked up as much info as i could but i could not find an answer to this question.

i intend to shitload as my weighing in is one day before the com and have gotten success to a certain degree, however the last time i shitloaded,i also consumed alot of fluids, about 2 litres or more , suffice to say i drank a copious amount of water. i depleted properly and yes the next day after shit loading i was ripped and full and pumped BUT freaking bloated....yes my stomach was super duper bloated.

so now i have 3 questions:
1. was the water the cause of my bloat? if so what should be my water intake during the day of my shitload?

2. is there any rule as on to whether to eat high gi foods then low gi food first or low gi foods first den high gi.

3. this is kinda related to question 2, i am intending to use virtago which will be new to me....how should i consume it for the competition? early on or nearing it

zero water, or as very little as possible. IF you're still flat after the load, add a little bit of water/soda and it will help you fill out

no low GI. high fat, high carb, high sodium. shit foods. this is a shitload
3. this is kinda related to question 2, i am intending to use virtago which will be new to me....how should i consume it for the competition? early on or nearing it
no vitargo if you're doing a true shitload. SHIT food. Think donuts, pizza, french fries, hashbrowns...etc. etc.
