LOL just use it if you want. I use it in prep alot. 5 extra calories ain't gonna kill ya. If you feel guilty you can do 3 extra seconds of cardio

omg! you just reminded me. Did the bcaa ever 'come up' on you after you took it? I would take it, drink water, then i would have to burp.. and powder would come out of my mouth!!! UGH it was nasty.. happen to you?

Happens to me all the time...
I just put a spoon of it in my mouth and wash it down and it cakes up on the inside of my throat and when I burp afterwards it is a horrid taste...uggghhhh I HATE that!

Oh and yes, crystal light is fine to drink during prep. It is a God send IMO. I drink a gallon everyday, either grape, fruit punch, or cherry
Buy the generic store brand though, its a ton cheaper and the exact same stuff.

Yeah, lastnight I accidently had a whole bunch of the powder get inhaled and I freaked out! IT BURNS! Then I sounded like I had been smoking for 30 years. I'm good today though.

I found that the Kroger brand of Crystal Light (Raspberry flavor) has zero everything, plus it's like $3 cheaper than Crystal Light!
