First Contest
I'm competing in the teen division (light-heavy) on April 28th in Pueblo, CO.
Does anyone have some tips on sodium/potassium loading or carb loading? I need the advice from experience. I've heard all sorts of things. Some say not to mess around with your sodium potassium balance, because if you mess up, you'll look soft. Some sources say to go real low carb the week before and the day of to load up on carbs like a crazy man. I need to just get my facts straight. Thanx!
