Monthly "Intense Set of the Month" Contest Rules

Each member can post one video per month to be considered for the Intense Set of the Month contest. Any member, no matter size, age, strength, etc., can participate. Videos are judged on Intensity and proper biomechanics. Strength will not win, intensity will. If you can kick out the effort, you are encouraged to submit a video to TheNatural, via either PM or email.

It is important to note that the posted video on youtube.com needs to have "IntenseMuscle.com" somewhere in the header. Example:

Skip's forearm curls 30x6 - IntenseMuscle.com

Post your video on youtube.com and provide ParadiseCup or IslandGirl with the link and they will post it in the thread for that particular month, in the main discussion forum. The thread with the links for that month will be stickied somewhere near the top of the page on the main forum.

At the end of the month the moderators will pick anywhere from 3-5 videos for the members to vote on for one week as to which they feel represents the most intense set.

The winner of the Intense Set of the Month for that month will receive:

An IntenseMuscle.com T-shirt.

The title under their handle that says "Intense Set of the Month for December 2006" or whatever month and year it happens to be.

Intensity is what counts so for all of those people out there that always tell everyone how hard they train, prove it.
