Well almost done my chicken... BTW the Abs shot is my worst pose that I'm trying to make a strong pose. So far happy with progress... Right now I weighed 241lbs this morning. My weight has stayed in this area for 3 weeks so far. Strength is going up so I think I might be keeping the muscle.

You know I told skip I was too busy to drink water. I was only taking in 3 litres and told skip that I was busy at work, house duties, cooking, eating, and training were pushing me for time.

He responded:

Well, you took that one quite well. LOL I took the chance to bust your balls and see what kind of response I would get. I don't know you all that well so I kinda winced as I clicked on this thread cuz I wasn't sure if you would go ape shit over me getting on you or just take it for what it was - reality. I just want to be clear that I completely understand the stresses of life and the things that can sometimes get in the way of prepping but I also have a responsibility to keep on you to make sure we BOTH look good in the end. I have to deal with stresses myself. I have 3 kids and a pregnant wife that is due in September (I am now 6.5 weeks from a show so you can imagine how tough a pregnancy and a prep is hehe), a job and a business. I feel overwhelmed sometimes, too. The thing is, if your training and diet are in order and you have total CONTROL over it, it tends to make things easier on you as you can see the control you have, if that makes sense. If everything is chaotic around you but you have control over the main things that occur daily (meals, training, etc.) everything else is a little easier to take in stride. My point is, get everything consistent with your meals, water, etc, and you will feel much less stressed even though it will take a little more effort to do this.

I don't even have a dog. So what am I complaining about.

Skip: Hope you don't mind me posting that but it really motivated me last week to make changes to my body.

Oh, and I have a dog, too. LOL

Seriously, I don't mind you posting that but I want to be clear with everyone reading it that I wasn't telling you that so that I could look like I have it so bad and you don't. That wasn't it at all. Everyone has their stresses - EVERYONE. The difference between us all is who can keep them it all in perspective.

I am glad it was helpful, bro.

mobsta: Thanks!

homonunculus: Down I 1.5 litre bottle... 5 more to go.

Skip: A dog and what else.... a few pet rabbits. LOL I just realized that I need to prioritize. That means more time off the internet and focus on things I need to do.

Blad: Thanks bro! I'm 26.

Pumped: I am hoping the outcome is going to be good as I think it is in my head. So far so good.
