Hurt me mentally...
Just joined, bout to start a log with my MMA/Bodybuilding training in it over here (tired of assholes and douschebags on other sites)...been lurking here and the crew seems good and responsive.
So here I am, I'm a lot stronger than I appear...I started lifting at age 16 at about 330 lbs. Trained majorly in olympic lifts for 6-8 months, then went on to ungeared powerlifting (gear referring to suits/briefs not anabolics) and got down to around 240 lbs. Took a LONG break off...bout 9 months.About 2-3 months ago I decided I was tired of being fat and would get into bodybuilding. I'm down to 210 lbs in the pics, which were taking 11-5-06.. Training has been consistant since then but no visible body change due to inconsistant routine, just trying to get the feel of my body. |
