Dave Palumbo's problem has never been getting in condition. At the 1995 USA'S he was simply beat by better bodybuilders with equal muscle mass but with much better structure also.

oh i see. i always thought that getting ripped was one of, if not the most important thing. so he just can't win then?

His conditioning is AMAZING, proportions...yeah Dave is no Lee Labrada, but he surely didn't deserve to be 7th that year, that's ridiculous.
