That's great. Very cool of him to do that.

Ever notice that a lot of the largest guys are laid back cool like that: Ronnie, Rühl, Kevin, Flex, Jay...

That guy is one genetic freak! Personnally I think he shouldve won the Oly at least once.

What Ive heard which I think is true he only trained like 5 to 6 months out of the year, and took the rest of the year off with little or no training.
Just think what he couldve done if he trained for a complete year. I hav seen a few pictures were he is just skinney then seen another 8 months later and he a monster

I have actually trained and competed agisnt 2 guys like that. trainied for 4 months before their shows, did drugs, partied, drank like fish...didnt eat(so they were skinney) then preped for their shows and looked like monsters!

I wish I could do that!_LOL

No doubt, Kevin is one of the best!

Go to 4:30 minute mark and listen from there, he explains why he trained that way. And I can see why someone would do that, he liked to concentrate on one thing at one time and excel at it.

I think Kevin had/has the right idea, have a life outside of bodybuilding and other passions and be healthy(er I guess) in the end then some of your peers. He's one of what? 3 guys with 20+ pro wins and he spent at least half his time in a normal fitness model type look and pursued his acting and singing while not training for contests. Makes some of the guys who stay "on" year round and then have not much to show for it after their career is over look a little silly to me.

Kevin has awsome genetics to bounce back from 200 to 250+ in four months and to do it regularly. He said in an interview that when hes down around 215 he likes to run a mile in under 6minutes.

Haha, Kevin's awesome. Very true homonunculus, the bigger guys are always the most laid back since no one effs with em!

I met Dexter Jackson at the USA's in Vegas couple years back and he was a snobby douche bag. Bob Chic tried to charge me 10 bucks to get his autograph. David Henry...nicest guy there and didn't charge me anything.

Melvin kept to himself and Flex Wheeler was goofing around with all the pros.

$10 for Chic's autograph? What has he ever done?

This only confirms what I have been thinking about him.....cranker
