Ill Needs A Tan!
Alrighty....
ILL was pissed today because he is small and needs to really step it up if he EVER wants to even come close to winning NPC Teen Nationals. So, he took pics of himself so that he could see them everymorning and see how pathetic they are and that he doesn't have time to waste and that he is gonna have to give every ounce that he's got to win this thing! Now I'm not terribly hard on myself as you may think, I do feel very proud of how well I have brought up my back....crappy calves and hams though Side tri ![]() Rear Lat....back is improving LOL you should see my last pics, maybe I will do a before and after.....I NEED FREAKING CALVES AND HAMS!!! ![]() Front dbl bi.... my quads are ok, calves I can tell are alittle better, they atleast SORTA stick out now LOL...pic was taken abit early, I'm still leaning back far, and lats aren't flexed out..owell ![]() Front relaxed..... I was not set yet for this pose before the pic was taken... my shoulders are squished together and I look real narrow, it also makes my chest look bad...bad pic but owell ![]() Rear DBL Bi... I think I'm most proud of this pic because of how much my back has developed since april....HAM AND CALVES SUUUCK, by my back is wider and thicker...arms are bigger and delts are bigger...woooo progress! ![]() My personal breakdown 1- CALVES SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK! 2- Hams SUUUUUUUUUCK! 3- Back has really improved needs to be wider and keep getting thicker 4-Quads, are ok... 5-ArmsThey are getting there, they finally are almost matching my chest now 6-Delts, are ok... 7- Abs need deeper lines I've got a small waist now I need better abs.... 8-Forearms...are growing as my back grows 9-Chest needs more upper... my chest grows VERY quickly, it used to WAY OVERPOWER my arms, now that I've let off of training it so hard I think I've caught up my arms a good bit, now I can go back to hammering it Oh, and I'm 16 currently. |

things look solid man - especially for your age.
my biggest 3 tips - eat, squat, and deadlift.

you're really too young to be too critical about your physique because you havent had enough time for you body to really develop. But things are well on their way. Stick to the basic compound exercises and eat a ton and you'll grow in all the right places. Legs are a glaring weakpoint IMO, as is Back thickness - 2 of the toughest pieces of anatomy to accomplish. Waist is nice and small which is good. Lats could be bigger/wider. Arms look good, as do shoulders. Eat up and train HARD. Like I said, squat and deadlift till you puke.

ILL X,
Looking good, especially for your age and number of years training. Like thenatural said: eat, squat and deadlift. I would throw in some stiffed leg deadlifts too. Those isolate the hams and lower back a lot. Again you're looking good and stick to the basics! Eat up! Kevin widdlewade44 |
