Thanks BS ( ) working on it. My contest prep starts in the new year but I would stll like to make as many improvements as I can. next offseason will certainly be one of as many massive size gains as i can make.

Do you usually stay this lean while trying to add size? If you had a few coats of color on you, it would look like you few weeks away from the show. Eat some fat DAMMIT!

haha yeah i have very strong ectomorphic tendencies. I usually walk around at 10% or less. I eat clean right now for only lean gains as I start dieting soon, and didn't want to go too up and down with the BF too fast. Next offseason i want to soften up and yes I will eat some fat for ya haha.

i see that you could improve with chest , the upper part needs to thicken up a bit more . triceps need to catch up . also back width and hams ! overall , you look great and once you are peele , you will look already better , fuller than in your avatar . your wheels look good from the front . i'd say keep doing what you are doing but try to improve with the ones mentioned above , IMO .
but this is now !!! believe me , as soon as you are reachind 200 , all these bodyparts will be caught up automatically and you probably will have to catch up with something else ! you look great ! keep eating !

Hi Jay! Wow, very nice improvements. I agree that you're looking pretty lean for off-season, but I get ya' on what you're trying to do right now.

Your quads are looking really nice! Biceps look good and I know as you get leaner they will really look incredible.

I can see that other bodyparts will look even better as you lean down so keep at it!!!

Posing: I like how you set your feet up. On both front and back shots. Remember in the back shots, squeeze those calves to bring them out more. Leg set up in your side shots are right on the money as well!

Front Lat: Don't bring your hands so much in the front. It narrows you too much and makes you look like your scrutched up too much. Keep chest up high.

Side Chest: I agree about bringing your shoulder back more. Also, try bringing your hands down a little more.

Rear Lat Spread: Same as doing a front lat. Bring your hands to your side and keep your chest up. Looks like you're slouching a bit.

Side Tri: Rotate that shoulder and keep your head up straight. Don't lean forward.

thanks so much Trace. And as for that leanness, it just won't go away hahaha!! Not a bad thing though. I'm still only 23 so my metabolism should slow down soon (I think). I really appreciate the feedback... I will work on those pointers ASAP!
