Yeah, this is a fast metabolism we are dealing with, for sure. I am force feeding the guy and if he misses a meal or two he loses weight. Ah, the joys of youth, I guess. : ) I would love to have this guy for a full year because the improvements he has made even in the last month have been very good. I anticipate him doing very well in 07 and I look forward to the opportunity to take him well over 200 in the future.

Nice pics natural. I'm a little late here as I can only agree with most of what everyone else has already said. Looking good overall. I think your delts, biceps and legs are your strongest points.

Big Cal - haha yeah damn north pole!! I usually start in a tanning bed at the start of my prep as well, and yes, THANK GOD for tanning cremes.

Fahs - thanks alot mate - it's funny cuz I hurt my shoulder pretty bad last year (sprained AC joint) and so couldnt' do alot for them for awhile and was worried they would hurt me come stage time, but by these pics they seem to be just fine and dandy like sour candy.

Input is much appreciated guys. thanks.

this is what i thought too! could of sworn you were a black guy lol. didnt want to ask because of all the skip getting mistaken for a black dude in his avi lol.

now onto the pics, had a good look but not as long as id like as im at work (supposedly working hehehe). first off you have some great dense muscle AND nice size - particulary in the legs, those suckers are hoooge. yep, all in all i cant fault your muscle density or symetry however i feel you need to bring your chest up and get some more dense mass in their. one of the reasons i say this is because it seems to fade out when you lift your arms over your head for the front double bi's (could just be the photo), i remember Arnie saying he had a similar problem and he sorted it with pullovers or something, apart from that the only other bodypart i would say needs to be brought up is your calfs which look great by the way, but look like they could be bigger. again maybe its the photo. for posing advice id say you have the side triceps, abs/thighs, front bi's down to a T. they look very good. your other poses, the rear lat, front lat and side chest need some slight tweeks, which is kinda hard without actually showing what i mean lol. basically you need to pull your lats out wider while kepping your shoulders up and back i think, and in your side chest you need to keep your shoulder back like you said, and stand up a tad straighter i think. remember, i havent dieted down and got in half the ace condition you have so what i suggest may be good advice, on the flip side though it could be a big steaming dog poo so watch for that lol.

great conditioning! and thats coming from a white boy that may just be whiter than you lol

haha thanks JT. Notes well taken. My chest is just a flat out stubborn body part, but I am working my ass off to get it up. I will take the pullover thing into mind - i remember reading about that too and expanding the ribcage and thickening the upper part with pullovers. Well my strength is continually increasing right now with my chest so i am not going to make any changes as of yet, but as soon as things plateau i will have to go back to the drawing board. I am working on the lats thing - i think the lat spreads are the toughest poses to master. I have such narrow clavicles that my weaknesses are accentuated by how narrow my shoulder girth is. But you gotta play with the hand you were dealt so no large complaints there. Calves, well they are in better shape than the pics illustrate with being so white and me not posing them hard enough, they look worse than they are. But they are on my priority list too haha.

appreciate the info. it'll all come together when the stage hits - skip and i'll make sure of that thanks again JT

Are you sure you are related to that guy in your avatar pic?

In a non-gay way I think you look good and your hard work shows.
I can see you have been training legs hard.

IMO the main body parts to bring up are (in order of priority):
1. Lats;
2. Chest;
3. Hamstrings.

Do you want to trade your racing metabolism for my sluggish metabolism???

your on the way
posing is sorta hard to teach when your not there in person to change.

but
side chest- get your arm down a little and flex your bi in the front. bring your left shoulder a little higher and a little forward to help show more mass in your pec.

I'm no expert but here goes. The one pose that seemed awkward was the side chest. I'd say have your upper body vertical (You're leaning slightly foward). Also, bring your arms down. I also like to push my front arm against my lat to make my tricep appear bigger (you can't even tell). Also, I think it'd look better if your front upper arm (bis) was vertical (have your elbow on your side, not far back).

Like IG said, don't lean on the Side Tri, stay vertical. I like to push my tri against my lat to make it appear bigger on this one too...
