I thought the rule was that you can't use your pic for an avatar if you are a skinny beanpole teen. The reason being this is a professional website and pics of skinny kids (and/ probably us fat people) in avatars might create the wrong impression.

I'm pretty sure Old Dog's avatar was safe, but maybe someone else can clear it up for sure.
