Meal #2
3 scoops TP Slow Mix w/ 4 TBS heavy whipping cream
drop the dairy

Meal #3
10 oz. lean meat
6 oz. sweet potato or 2/3 cup cooked brown rice
2 cups vegetables (broccoli, etc.) or salad with 2 TBS. Vinegar and Oil
Dressing

1 scoop TP CSM

why dont you do the waxy maize first then the other. ALA? alpha lipoic acid? If so, theres actually no concret evidence supporting its insulin mimicing affects. It could actually blunt insulin and we dont want that

(1 hour later)

Meal #6
10 oz. lean steak
1 cup white rice
what time is this meal? if its after 6pm or so I wouldnt have any carbs. healthy fats would be ideal

Meal #7
(same as meal #2)

I would highly recommend that all first dates happen at Burger King. Order your new girl/guy a Whopper. If he or she refuses feel free to yell, "You are a lame dog killing terrosist!"

Meal #6 is his 2nd post-workout meal so I'd keep the rice in there but I'd make it low GI like brown or basmati rice, not white.

Whipping cream is a source of fat but most of it is saturated, a better choice would be whole eggs, olive oil, flax oil, peanut butter, nuts.. however avoid so much fat pre-bed. A tablespoon shouldn't hurt you but not four.

Meal #3 is mixing carbs and fats (rice+oil) which might not be the best idea. Maybe 1 tbsp oil would be better.
