pics from last weekend

one on the left is pre-judging , right is night show. I had a problem at pre judging but after talking to skip I fixed it for the night show. weight was 239 but that is just to small from my hight of 6'2" start working with DC june 22nd and looking to be well over 250 for my next one. I think I have the shape just need to fill it out more. mostly in the lower body.

If I may, yes, it was. He drops a retarded amount of water from bedtime to the morning - something like over 10 POUNDS every night. That is alot of water. lol

I weigh anywhere for 3-5 pounds more in the evening than in the am. It is normal. Most everyone is this way and when you add that much more mass etc. the difference will be more dramatic.

I asked because I sometimes have the same problem. I've noticed even while on a somewhat "normal" diet and water intake I usually drop 5lbs overnight, when adding water loading and diuretics......get outta town baby! lol
It was last year in a post skip made about controlling water and not cutting it completely that I realized what my problem was with coming in flat.
That damn skip is so freekin' smart sometimes!!!

Got any more pics, closer up!!! I think you're right in your assessment - symmetry looks great, but at 6'2", you've got a LOT of frame to fill out.

On the other hand, you'll be and BAAAAAAAADDDD MOFO when you do! ;^)
