IG, nice pics and awesome shoulders(love the traps too!).

Future, that's one of best squattin' pics ever. Big weight and in the hole... can't get better than that!

We need more pics though. Maybe we can get some of the other moderators to share some of their photo's. We need more pics of big iron being moved!

Not sure. I haven't maxed out on anything in awhile. I hit 755 in the squat pretty easy last week for an easy triple. I've had some nagging injuries of late so that's pretty good for my ass. I'm thinking about hitting 805 for a few this Saturday. We'll see how everything feels.

Thanks Mike. I know it's not really worthy to put up in the powerlifting section, but I didn't want to just hi-jack this thread. lol!

IG, anything you have would be worthy enough to in the powerlifting section, especially those pics. I don't care if it has anything to do with powerlifting, just training.

Seriously, I look at your pic as a kid around '86 you say? We met what, round '88 or '89? You were well on your way to being huuuge when we met, from what I remember. (cept we were both squatting with 315!!!! LMAO!!!)

Thanks KidRok. I think you and I have both come a long way. LOL. I remember going from Cal's Gym to Hercules and squatting for the first time. I had told John Gravanni how much I was squattin' while over at Cal's. He didn't believe me. When he finally got to see me perform my squats over at Herc's he broke out into this uncontrolable laughter. "Ya call that a squat?!!!" he said. The guy gave me a complex and til this day I always ask if my depth is good or not. LOL!

Ok damn it..... where are everyone's training pics?! I know ya have 'em, start postin' them!

LOL...yep that was Johny!!!! He's the one that got me to squatting for real too! I remeber the day he said put on 3 plates and get in there...I was scared shitless I'd be crushed to death but hey, I did it!!!

I got some chest dips pics from 05 when I was 17years old - and my bodyweight was under 154lbs LOL

I think it was somewhere around 100-110lbs hanging on those pics
