Hi y'all. I've been a member here for awhile, but don't post much...just have read a lot and stop in when I need a refresher.

IG knows me, as well as homonunculus.

I started training DC based off of the stickies last fall. And now I have modified it to suit my particular recovery needs, so I call if DD training.

I'm here to be helpful and open minded to learning ways of bettering myself in terms of my training.
