I got ready before hand. I don't like to not be ready.. or leaving something as important as makeup for when i get there. I had to redo my makeup cause i thought i looked retarded the first time!

I bring:

Rolling small suitcase:
needle/thread
extra protan,glooves,big and small sponges
suits, and 2 pairs of shoes (just in case)
towels/wipes
hair pins, hair bands, clips
brush,curling iron
makeup
NPC Card
BIKINI BITE!!! ( i had to help like 4 girls with this)
Jewlery
extra clothes
flip flops (with heels) cause i dont like my shortness hee hee

food, and plastic ware and vitamin pack.

Do you pack any different for a local show vs when you travel. I mean, what would be a waste of time to pack for a local show?

I'm not sure there's anything different I would pack...I always pack the essentials and then backups for those essentials...and actually, I probably have more at local shows b/c I do my own hair and makeup but at the natl shows I let someone else do it...too many photographers for that!

This is all very helpful. I just copied and pasted everyone's list into a Word document and will be consolidating it. Although the first comp isn't until next weekend, I'm going to start gathering things today and packing.

I'm not excited or anything........
