How Much Protein

I Am Trying To Loose 20lds,should I Cut Back On My Protein Intake? ANYBODY KNOW A GOOD FAT BURNER THAT WORK?

How much protein are you eating. Most guys will reduce calories from carbs and fats not protein. Post some stats

bro, just a hint but protein is a better metabolizer than anything else, so ideally you would want to cut back the fats and carbs.
Are you using carb cut offs?
Give your stats weight, body fat, endo, ecto, stats like that. i am sure eventually one of the guru's will roll by and give some helpful info.

No do not cut back protein, if anything increase protein and decrease carbs or fat but post stats.
