I bought the goods for this at vitamin shoppe, (thanks to 5luke2 for the tip)

i just ran down there, there was one a few miles away.

I got these:
herbal tabs

Penguin, hold off until you can run a full 30 day cleanse. You'll be glad you did..It gets progressively better if you don't interupt the cycle :-)

oh really? ok

well, i should be able to run it through the holiday then. my big concern was with driving, i have a 10 hour drive to do...two in fact. there's lots of town and stuff along the way though if i need to find a bathroom

Not to worry..this isn't an exlax flush that has you running for the can after 10 minutes of taking it...you will be fine...Dennys is a great place to take a dump!

i actually had to cut my cardio this morning short...in order to "purge". only by 5 minutes though.

also, heckman, my acupuncturist said that body flush was $40 (he wasn't sure but he thought $40). he said that was in-store price, and he didn't know what it would be elsewhere

day one was interesting with this flush. started out fairly standard, then things really started rocking and rolling about 1/2 the way through the morning.

everything pretty well settled down around noon, but an encore performance that was rather exciting hit mid afternoon.

I have a question though, I take all the "goods" first thing in the morning, but what about the second dosage? Should I take it and go to bed? should it be on an empty stomach or ??? Just not sure of the night time routine.

i always took it before bed - literally 10 mins before passing out.

it took me 36 hours for my 1st trophy dominator.....see if you can beat my record

man, i'm not sure what qualifies for a trophy dominator, but today stuff was moving that's for sure.

i'm about 24 hours into it now, and bedtime is a few hours away.

Yes..take in the morning and at night..don't worry about an empty stomach, there are no harsh chemicals to mess you up..then shortly upon wakening you should give birth to a masterpiece!

Damn right I did. Once I knew someone posted the word badman I would have to make an appearance lol... It was just a relief for my body pretty much sums it up. I didn't feel bloated and my gut wasn't distending out after I finished.

how do you guys take the psyllium?

i've tried spooning it directly into my mouth and washing it down with water, but a good portion of it stuck to the back of my throat for roughly an hour...and i about drowned drinking all kinds of water and juice trying to get it down.

i tried mixing it in a glass with water, and it stuck to the sides of the glass...much like it stuck to my throat

tried in grapefruit juice, similar result.

this last time i put a little in my mouth at a time and washed it down with the grapefruit juice. that seemed better and less wasteful.

just looking for a trick i hadn't thought of yet.

i'm already feeling less bloated by doing this

simple - 6-8 oz of water in a glass, add the fiber, stir it really good, and start drinking. the key is to chug it while it is still swirling in the glass

Hey, Penguin, with the serving sizes of each of those, would 1 of each of them (bought from that online store) be enough to run for 30 days? I would like to make massive poops thx

i would think so. remember, you start w/ the base dose and work up from there based on the guidelines on the 1st page. i found i was taking 6-8 herbals 2x a day, and i still have a bunch left over. i think it will be plenty, but after watching a friend do the flush, i learned how key it is to take enough fiber.

penguin - i was taking in 2 teaspoons of psyllium 2x a day. i found the results were much much better w/ the increased fiber....and FYI - your colon cleansing fiber you linked to is the exact stuff i used. my friend pussed out and bought the psyllium penguin linked to, but it was in 00 capsules. he was taking in like 2capsules in the morning and 2 at night.......that is equal to like a 1/4-1/2 teaspoon each dose. he had no results for like a week until i told him he's an idiot and he should try taking 6-8 of those psyllium pills 2x a day. he upped the dose and filled his toilet w/ intestinal love.

SO.....push the fiber kids...

YES...very important to work your way up here..never start off with 2 tspns of the fiber...and alway start off with the minimum of the tabs..whoa! otherwise dells takes responsibility for you having an internal combustion issue

ok ok - you are right. if it came off as me telling you to go right up to the max dose, that is not correct. progress every couple of days to a new, higher dose until you are rocking the house pretty regularly.

Heckman - i think maybe between thanksgiving and christmas i will do this flush. if i can buy it for that cheap, i will do it for sure just to try it out.

i am not saying that any of these supps arent needed to do the flush...but my my question is why do we need those herbal tabs help "scrub" your intestine? Why wouldnt just fiber help move everything along? Thx guysl
