hey

did you help him with posing After the photos? im sure you did!

1 too much boe in knees
2 front stance no balance
3 side tri not forcing delt into pec on side chest (back side)(entire body is being judged)
4 back double bi elbows too far forward
not trying to be critical but if your going to tought your services here or there you shouldve had mr whorley pose a little better.

thanx for everyones input,. Skip,Randy,DC, I know you guys are very busy, so there is EXTRA appreciation for your inputs.

Im feeling pretty good about things at this point. Did some posing after trainng . I was pretty well pumped, and WOW what a difference. I was pleasantly suprised how much thicker I looked with a pump. Im staying on track with my Friday carb-up as it seems to excellerate my leaning process. Im going to lay off the full on shit load and go with the cleaner carbs for awhile.


I'll shoot more pics around week 5......

post 31 hr shitload experience

May 15, 2004 0730
I feel VERY full and I much harder to day after continuing my shit load thru the night. From 000 Friday to 0730 Saturday (31 hrs) I ate shit carbs and now I really look probably the best I have on this diet,. I still have water on me, which is to be expected due to the salt , specially from those bread sticks!. I checked the mirror at 0730 and was dreading what I might see..Instead, hey look at me! Abs are tighter and chest delts and arms harder and fuller too. I didn?t control water intake at all. Im going to take 80mg of lasix in a couple hrs and note how long and to what degree this effects me. Im switching back to low carb mode as of 9am this morning. That?s still one and a half hours of eating I get to do! The Im training shoulders and tri?s today. I?ll start my cardio again today too.

I honestly feeel like I weigh 250lbs right now......I weigh in a few hrs, before the lasix and after.
