Starting to feel better about my self

ok.. starting to feel somewhat better about how I actually look. I know that I need to lose the gut. Feel free to comment.

I did try out DC training... Loved it.. but when six weeks were up with it, I changed to two sets of seven, then one set to failure, ideal. All same weight for all three sets. and my arms and chest have gotten bigger, my stomach has somewhat shrunk.

The routine I mentioned above.. My goals are really strength, not worried really about size and look.. those are a secondary goal for me. stats, if youare talking my main lifts? they would be 335 lb bench press x2, 355 x 4 deadlift, and 285 x5 squat. as forr size like ares and etc, they are in my journal. and I didn't have any health problems, I just felt like I could improve myself. I looked more roly poly. even though I have more weight then I have ever had, I look thinner to others then I have in the past.
