The trophy you are standing infront of is to short.

Some other poses to see what week areas you might have would help.

But I think you are here to show off. Nothing looks week from that shot.

I hate to think anything like that, but it is a little odd when people post a picture as their very first post

I will rip you to shreds if you want to post more pics. Your conditioning won't be an issue but your legs might be a good start.

I say that in a jovial manner. Most come with a post title like this and is someome of mediocre build and conditioning.

No I applaud his hard work.

Telling him he is showing off is a complement, well atleast from me.

I reread my post and it sounded shittier than I had wanted it to. What I meant was, if it is truly a constructive criticism outlook you are here for, post up more pics and I will give you what you are looking for. I was simply questioning whether that was really what you were looking for. Again, only one pic so it is really hard to crtique someone on only one pic.

Condition looks dead on so there are no issues there but from what I can tell, the legs look to be a glaring weak point.

Thanks All. I appreciate the the feedback.

Skip- I was not at all offended by your comments. I want honest feedback. I will post more pics soon, this one was the only one I had handy. So shred away!

dukebrown- don't we all do this to show off a bit?

bhman6 - It may seem weird to post a pic a my first post, but the primary reason I chose this forum was to get feedback. Trust me, I have gained a wealth of knowledge from this site.

Again, thanks everyone. I look forward to hearing more from you all.

I would like to see the back shots, as well. Shape and conditioning look good but thickness seems to be an issue.

conditioning looks real good from these pictures.

it looks as if you need more overall leg size and thickness, bring up your front and side delts and your upper pec region.

I can see from your first pic that you are a member of the OCB. Is that right? If so, that means you are natural. First, I am very impressed by your conditioning. I'm 42 as well and would love to do what you've already done.

I also think you you have a very symmetrical physique. You are not one of those guys who gets fixated with making what is already strong, stronger and neglects the hard areas (like legs and back).

If I were you, I'd keep doing what you are doing with the goal of adding overall mass. Great job bro!

Very impressive conditioning! What you have attained is alot of what others are striving to get to. My hats off to you.

I'd like to see some back shots please.

My assessment: overall size. Youve got the conditioning down, just add more mass.
