last few days.....yeah another one haha
I was thinking as i begin my load on thursday i would keep my sodium high through out that day, then on the friday cut my sodium right down to just what comes from the foods im eating and not add anything to my food and the same for saturday....but re-introduce sodium saturday night before i go to sleep.
I would be cutting my water at midnight friday night so i was thinking, with having a steady intake of carbs throughout saturday with very minimal water intake.....sips here and there.....it would pull alot of water into my stomach and GI tract, then introduce sodium back at saturday night and it would pull even more sub-Q water into my system to absorb the excess of sodium. Would this make me crisp for the morning show but run the risk of becoming smooth as the day goes on, morning show is at 10am and the night show begins at 7pm.....ive read thata good trick for drying out before a night show if required is to intake 1/2 teaspoon of salt without water 2 hours before stage time for the same reason i stated earlier, it draws water to your stomach and GI tract. Im just curious as to whether it would work well or cause me to ...... i dont know, look like shit I know a bit about it, but i dont know nearly enough, so any of you with experience and knowledge on sodium manipulation please lay down your knowledge, its greatly appreciated. The more i leanr the better i become.......which is why i always want to read as much and listen to as many people as possible. Thanks in advance guys. ( obv ill thank you again after posting heh heh )

you are having good thoughts about this .it doesn't look like that you are doing anything drastic . i'd advice to run a trial run before your show to see how you are reacting

Thats the problem, im only just thinking of this method now because my most recent trial was to keep my salt intake real high all the time...adding salt to every meal, let me tell you, it made a MASSIVE difference to my conditioning!!! Grainy as hell all week and getting more so....i now have exactly 7 days to show day, so i think, its either try this method see how it goes, or just maintain high sodium right through. However, i did do a 'little' test last night, at 9pm i ate a chicken breast and added plenty of salt and ground black pepper to it, then at 10pm i had a can of tuna witht he same additions and stopped drinking water right after. Got in bed and woke up at 7:30am....checked myself in the mirror, crisp.....real crisp, seems my body runs well with the being dried out through wter depletion sodium elevated. So now its just how much too take in and how little water to take in so i can maintain or even improve my dryness through out the day. Which ever way i look at it, dry carbs and sodium is the way to do it.... Anymore advice anyone?? Really appreciate the reply bro, to know i dont sound a tool with the plan ive kinda deviced makes me feel a bit more a tease ![]()

just don't stress out . if you are saying that you are seeing your bodys response to little changes and seeing that it obviously works , then whý change it .....
also , how are you looking now . 7 days out , you should be ready to go . if you think that you look great as of now and just wishing to come in like that , maybe a bit drier , then just don't change a thing , IMO . rather be little less full than risking to spill over . honestly , if you are looking great now , just carry that condition through your show . you might have to play with the water a bit but that shouldn't be drastic . wake

Yeah thats been crossing my mind also bud, i mean, witht he ammount of sodium im taking in, even the 120g a day ive been taking in throughout this week has been enough to give my chest and shoulders that full look at least...so i figured, 3x my diet level.....
which works out at 510g a day, would be sufficient in filling me out without spilling, also, it wont be too little...i might not be as full as i possibly could be, but when your at your fullest thats when your closest to the point where one little alteration can make you mess up.

you might just keep everything and not worry about your planned 510 etc....what ever . it shouldn't take long to fill out a bit more if you needed to .

Good call, i planned 510 just because it was 3 times my normal intake and if i didnt need that much after the first day of loading i would drop it to double....but im just gonna take in small portions of carbs through the day and see how i fill with it....
Thanks alot for answering bud, really appreciate it.
