One Year later....
Hey guys, just wanted to post up my one year of progress. From 218-222lbs I believe to current 244lbs. Not much of a bodyfat difference either. Skip told me he wouldn't of reponded to my help email if it was last year. LOL

Very cool comparison, SB. And amazing progress, of course, especially in the arms and thighs. Chest looks fuller, too.
