Turkey Mince! What have I been missing?

I recently shopped at a different supermarket to my usual and found what appears to be a bodybuilder's dream product. For $A10 per kilo (thats about $US3.50 per pound for you americans) you get the following per 100g:

37g pro
2g carbs
6.4g fats

Now the sceptic in me sais this sounds really off. For comparison the 92% lean hamburger beef I buy for the same price has the following per 100g:

18g pro
0g carbs
8g fats (3 sat)

Anyone else familiar with turkey mince and whether these stats seem a bit off? The protein content seems remarkably high for the price.

The turkey mince we got where I live have per 100 g.

22 g pro
5.4 g fat

So I guess those stats are a bit off. Unless you have some really Colemanesque turkeys over there
